fer real my friend! I told ya before, we have plenty of room if ya dont mind teenagers all up in your face, cuz theirs usually a whole bunch of um around here..its walking distance to an awesome reef break or walk teh same distance the otehr way we got some killer river fishin...
if ya get board surfing or fishing, then we can go sailing instead!>...the Banana river is paradaise man....its like 90 % brackish so everything is there....hundreds of dolphins, tons of killer fish to catch....we even have a grill on the boat... ( thats the beauty of having a sailboat...a day out sailing bonds you with nature not the oil companys- i cant imagine having a motorboat with the price of gas)
and dont all surfin stories grow as we age?
I swear my husbands tale of that 1993( was it? oh god he'd kill me if he knew I coudlnt remember)Halloween swell where he was washed out the inlet at Sebastian into Monster Hole...almost died he did...- Lord let me hide before he reads me telling one of his tales...

I've never been sailing that sounds so wonderful as for teenagers....I surf with em (keeps me young). I cant get away from work till the tourists are gone after summer(I work at a resort) but the fall sounds good for a trip.
I'm stoked, I love meeting new people.
